About the program

If your organization is one of the 6,000+ members of Canoe Procurement Group of Canada, the tender process for ERP software and implementation services has already been processed on your behalf. That includes trade-compliance under CFTA and CETA, pre-established terms and conditions, and a maximum allowable price already negotiated by Canoe.

Through Canoe’s pre-established procurement framework, eligible organizations can engage MNP Digital through a streamlined process that helps accelerate the journey from identified need to ERP project delivery.

CANOE PROCUREMENT PROCESS

A streamlined path to ERP implementation

  • Step 1
    Identify your ERP needs

    Define your business priorities and obtain internal approvals. MNP Digital can help you assess readiness, validate requirements, and determine project scope.

  • Step 2
    Confirm Canoe eligibility

    Confirm your Canoe membership and reference Contract CAN-2026-002-MNP. MNP Digital and Canoe validate eligibility and confirm contract pricing and procurement requirements.

  • Step 3
    Develop your engagement plan

    Engage MNP Digital directly or submit an RFQ. We work with you to define scope, prepare a proposal, and develop a statement of work and project plan aligned to your objectives.

  • Step 4
    Procure and launch

    Issue a purchase order under the Canoe contract and kick-off the project. MNP Digital implements, reports, and provides ongoing support throughout the engagement.
