Jason MacLean selected as a Sitecore Most Valuable Professional

Every year for the past 15 years Sitecore has globally acknowledged what they refer to as their “Most Valuable Professionals” – an exclusive group of the most outstanding contributors to the Sitecore Community. So exclusive that in 2021 only 15 Canadians made it on to the prestigious list. One of those Canadians was MNP’s very own Jason MacLean.

“I’m happy to be recognized for helping people in the community. When I first joined the Sitecore community a lot of people took the time to help me out and I wanted to do the same. It’s great to be seen as one of their MVPs.” Says Jason of the award.

To make it on to the list, individuals had to demonstrate above and beyond support within the Sitecore community, as well as leadership when it comes to sharing knowledge and technical expertise. And it’s that leadership that has made Jason such a crucial member of MNP Technology Solutions as manager of our Digital Integration Team.

A certified Sitecore developer, Jason was an obvious choice for the award. As the leader of MNP’s Sitecore development team, he has advised many of our enterprise clients, providing technical architecture, integration, and development expertise when implementing Sitecore solutions. He’s also a very active member of the Sitecore community, regularly contributing and reviewing of modules, helping grow and enhance Sitecore’s Marketplace. As well, Jason’s runs a professional blog where he answers common questions about developing and managing content within Sitecore.
