Through our Client Feedback Gives Back initiative, we turn client engagement into meaningful support for Canadian non-profit organizations. This year, we’re proud to highlight Pilgrims Hospice Society as the latest recipient, receiving a donation of $2,048 from our Managed IT Services team.
Each time a client submits a satisfaction survey following an IT service request, MNP Digital donates one dollar to a Canadian non-profit. It’s a small but impactful way to encourage feedback while giving back to organizations that make a difference.
“While my role is centered around improving our client experience, the most rewarding part has been seeing this program’s impact,” says Chris Ippolito, Manager, Client Experience at MNP Digital. “Each response we receive not only helps us serve our clients better but also contributes to a cause that truly matters.”
Founded in Edmonton, Pilgrims Hospice Society provides compassionate, 24/7 residential end-of-life care, as well as grief support programs for individuals with families navigating loss. Their work extends to anyone affected by terminal illness, ensuring dignity and support at every stage.
“I don’t think there’s anyone whose family hasn’t been impacted by terminal illness. Their work is so important to our community, and we are happy to do whatever we can to help them continue to provide these vital services,” says John Mclaughlin, Partner at MNP Digital.
MNP Digital has had the privilege of working with Pilgrims Hospice Society for seven years, providing IT solutions that support their operations. From day-to-day IT needs to designing and implementing technology solutions for their residential facility, the Roozen Family Hospice Centre, our partnership has helped the organization focus on what they do best — caring for their community.
