The company’s outdated Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform had become brittle due to years of patchwork updates, risking critical functionalities with minor changes. One of the major reasons that MNP Digital and the company had to remain lock-stepped during the development of the solution was that the project required significant customization, with approximately 80 percent of components tailored to meet the company’s unique needs. Key customizations included the integration of urchin tracking module (UTM) parameter, tracking with Salesforce to enhance campaign performance measurement, and the development of a scalable clinic finder tool, enabling real-time updates by the sales team. MNP Digital also implemented a direct connector between AEM and XTM Cloud, eliminating manual translation processes and significantly reducing time-to-market for localized content.
